TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PRICING
PERMANENT / PART TIME PLACEMENTS
Staffbank (SB) provide Permanent staff (candidates) to companies (the clients) on permanent placement with the following terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions will apply to all Permanent placements and any variation will be make in writing from both SB and the clients
The rates charged for a candidate will be as agreed between SB and the Client prior to each placement. Subject to tight of variation provided under this contract

Remuneration includes base salary and or when a vehicle or vehicle allowance is paid this is calculated at $12,000.00.
We at staffbank are very happy to actively search for candidates if you feel that the current candidates on the site do not fit your critera. This will be at the same cost of the above with the following terms and conditions.
CONTRACT
If you require a contract position to be filled then this will be at 18% of the prorata of the annual salary.
OWNERSHIP OF CANDIDATE
The services provided by SB are made possible only through the cost of recruitment, testing and training of SB’s personnel. Where a candidate is introduced to the Client for any position, that person will remain a candidate of SB’s for a period of 6 months from the date of initial referral. Should the candidate be appointed during this period, the Client agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of business and will be liable for the appropriate fee.
PAYMENT
Payment of the fee is due within seven days of its submission by SB to the Client upon the contact being signed.
If SB doesw not receive the fee within seven days of its submission to the Client then the Client shall bear interest thereafter, such interest to accrue form the day to day at the rate of 14% per annum.
A claim or dispute raised by the Client does not entitle the Client to set off against, or withhold payment of, any money owed to SB.
NON – PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay any legal costs incurred by SB resulting from the Clients non-payment of account whereby SB undertakes recovery action.
GUARANTEE
Within 30 days, of the commencement of a permanent placement, the Candidate leaves or the client terminates the employment of the Candidate. For whatever reason (with the exception of redundancy, change of position outside the parameters of the original job description or illness), SB will replace the Candidate with 100% of the original fee being credited against the new invoice for the replacement. This guarantee is only valid if the original invoice(s) have been paid. Should SB not be able to replace the candidate, the full amount of the invoice will be refunded. If the replacement is not required, then the original fee is non-refundable.
